NVIDIA DLSS 2 (Super Resolution) has been confirmed to be coming to three games due to be released this month on PC. Chronologically, the first one on the schedule is Testament: The Order of High-Human, an indie single player action/adventure game sprinkled with Metroidvania and RPG elements. Developed by US-based studio Fairy Games, it will be released via Steam on Thursday, July 13th.

Then there's Jagged Alliance 3. The first mainline entry in the tactical turn-based strategy game to be released since 1999, Jagged Alliance 3 is developed by Haemimont Games (Tropico 5, Victor Vran, Surviving Mars, and Stranded: Alien Dawn) and will be released via Steam on Friday, July 14th. It is priced at €44.99, though a 20% launch discount valid until July 14th brings the price down to €35.99.

Last but certainly not least, the biggest game of the trio is Remnant II. The sequel of the acclaimed post-apocalyptic shooter inspired by the Soulslike genre, the game made by Gunfire Games will be released on July 25th with DLSS 2 support. We already know it'll be available on GeForce NOW, too, where Priority and Ultimate subscribers will be able to activate DLSS Super Resolution in the cloud. Like Testament: The Order of High-Human, Remnant II is powered by Unreal Engine technology. We'll have more about the game soon, thanks to an interview with the developers.

NVIDIA did not provide any performance data for any of the three games, so we'll have to find out the DLSS 2 performance boost for ourselves once they are released. It is likely all of these games will also support AMD FSR and/or Intel XeSS since NVIDIA makes it easier to do so via the Streamline SDK. The reverse is unfortunately not true with AMD partnerships, as we pointed out in this comparison article.

Anyway, NVIDIA also shared a list of games that support DLSS 2 and are currently discounted via the Steam Summer Sale.
