Yesterday, Bungie unveiled their broad Destiny 2 development roadmap, and now they’ve revealed some more specific details about how they plan to improve the embattled shooter. Bungie is promising some fairly significant changes to the sandbox and Crucible parts of Destiny 2, that should make the game faster and more satisfying to play. Here are the general changes coming as part of the “Go Fast Update”:

The update will also include these Crucible-specific updates:

Bungie has also made a couple other tweaks, which go into effect before the speed changes. The Shoulder Charge, which was nerfed a couple weeks ago, has been fully reverted, and Bungie will be fixing a bug that has been causing snipers to flinch too much when hit.

The Go Fast changes will be part of part of Destiny 2's 1.1.4 update, which drops March 27, and will also include a 6v6 Iron Banner event, Heroic Strike modifiers, and new penalties for Crucible quitters. These updates are all building up to Destiny 2 Season 3, which arrives in May.

Destiny 2 is available on PC, Xbox One, and PS4.
