Dauntless Aims To Be The Next Evolution of Online Co-Op Action RPGs
It's Dauntless, an online co-op action role-playing game (RPG) set in an untamed science-fantasy world called the Shattered Isles. The game is being created by Canadian studio Phoenix Labs, a team of industry veterans from the likes of Bioware, Riot Games and other acclaimed studios with Jesse Houston, Sean Bender and Robin Mayne as the company's co-founders.
Jesse Houston, co-founder and President at Phoenix Labs, said:
Phoenix Labs is made up of the most talented and passionate game developers in the world. We make games because we love to play them, and we want to share these experiences with gamers everywhere. We’ve taken inspiration from games like Dark Souls, Monster Hunter, and World of Warcraft to create a new, gripping gaming experience.
The press release also contains some preliminary gameplay info.

Craft Your Legacy - Collect rewards from the hunt to forge and upgrade a massive arsenal of weapons and armor in a deep and robust crafting system.
