Fans of Call of Duty can rejoice as Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile is finally available on iPhone and iPad, and the game is now accessible for you to play. The game does bring all the famous Battle Royale maps, such as Verdansk and Rebirth Island. However, the thing that excites me the most is the fact that the game also has cross-progression for players who play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and Warzone on PC and consoles.
Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile lands on Apple devices with lots of graphical improvements, cross-progression with PC and console, and more
This is what the official description for Call of Duty: Warzone reads:
Level up your weapons and XP no matter where you are. Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile supports shared progression with the console and PC versions of Call of Duty: Warzone and Modern Warfare III. Simply log in using your Activision ID, and most content acquired in Modern Warfare III and Call of Duty: Warzone is seamlessly transferred and becomes continuously available between your games.
Apple users are getting some more benefits. For instance, Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile on iPhone 15 Pro will get a Peak Graphics mode that will run on a higher resolution and improved textures, lighting, draw distance, ambient occlusion, and resolution caching. The same feature set is available on all iPads that are powered by the M1 chip or later. You can watch the launch trailer below:
If you are interested in getting your hands on Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile, you are going to need iOS/iPadOS 16 or later. People have started registering for the game already and you can just head over to the App Store and start your journey, as well. I have started keeping a close eye on mobile gaming ever since I reviewed the Redmagic 9 Pro, and since then, I realized that mobile gaming is not something that we can take lightly, and Apple is constantly defying expectations and definitely in a good way. I hope that Android catches up just like Apple has in mobile gaming since that will open up a world of possibilities for all aspiring mobile gamers.
