Apple Seeds First Public Beta Of iOS 11.2 And tvOS 11.2
Today, Apple has seen fit to release the first public beta of iSO 11.2 and tvOS 11.2. iOS 11.2 public beta arrives a day after the company released the first developer beta. Overall, it comes a month after the company rolled out iOS 11 to the public. Yesterday marked the day of release for iOS 11.1 which is a major update considering the amount of functionality packed into the firmware. So let's dive in to see some more details on the two public beta versions.
Apple Releases First iOS 11.2 And tvOS 11.2 Public Beta
Apple has a bevy of new features lined up for iOS 11 such as the AirPlay 2, peer-to-peer Apple Pay Cash, iCloud support for iMessages and much more. However, one thing to note here is that none of the above-mentioned features are yet seen in the latest iOS 11.2 beta. iOS 11.2 beta also fixed the weird calculator bug that disabled it to perform a simple calculation. The update basically removed the animations from the calculator app so calculations can be done rapidly. In addition to this, iOS 11.2 beta also introduced the Now Playing option for controlling content on the Apple TV in Control Center and much more.
