Anthem Now Available Through Origin and EA Access

Anthem got off to a rocky start when it launched earlier this year, but BioWare has released a number of updates for the game since, including the game’s long-awaited Cataclysm event. Unfortunately, the improvements haven’t had much impact, as Anthem’s playerbase has cratered – the best update in the world isn’t going to mean anything if there’s nobody around to play it.

Well, perhaps Anthem will get a bit of a shot in the arm, as EA has announced it’s joining the Origin Access and EA Access lineups. Anthem will be joined by several other indie favorites on PC, including Yooka-Laylee, The Escapists 2, and Vambrace: Cold Soul. Of course, Origin Access Premier subscribers will also get to play FIFA 20 this month. Check out the full lineup of new Origin/EA Access titles, below…

Origin Access is EA’s PC subscription service, while EA Access is a similar service for Xbox One and PS4. For $5 a month, or $30 a year, gets you access to the Vault, which includes a selection of games from EA and other publishers. EA Origin Premier gives you access to new-release EA titles – it costs $15 a month, or $99 for a full year.
