Microsoft's E3 conference just finished and they have confirmed that Mass Effect 3 which is scheduled for a 2012 release date will definitely support Kinect Voice control.
you can now speak the dialogues on the dialogue wheel instead of having to navigate the RS to choose what you want, this is an interesting and you can also use voice commands to command your squad to use a certain power and so forth. More details to follow.
