Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Announced, Coming To Nintendo Switch in 2017

The Nintendo Switch console will not be getting any JRPG at launch, but there are plenty of titles in development. Among them is the sequel to one of Wii's most popular games, Xenoblade Chronicles 2.

Very little is currently known about Xenoblade Chronicles 2. The game, which seems to have a feel closer to Xenoblade Chronicles than Xenoblade Chronicles X, will feature a big world to explore and plenty of big enemies to defeat. Sadly, no battle footage has been shown, so we don't know how much different it will be from the game's predecessors. The full trailer from the Nintendo Switch presentation can be found below.
