The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt has received plenty of mods ever since its release, mods that try to improve the already excellent experience of the CD Projekt Red developed role playing game in several ways. One of the more interesting mods still in the works is the The Witcher 3 HD Reworked Project, a mod which aims to replace most of the game's textures with some beautiful HD ones. The mod hasn't been updated in some time, but the creator has recently shared some new screenshots showcasing some brand new textures that will be added to the mod in the future.

The new The Witcher 3 HD Reworked Project screenshots showcase the new textures for the Square and Round Stool and Books stack. Needless to say, the HD textures look so much better that the original ones, giving the game an improved feel. You can check out the screenshots right below.

The Witcher 3 HD Reworked Project mod has received its latest update around a month ago. This update added high quality textures for wood, ceramic and water. This mod shouldn't impact performance significantly, depending on the used video card and its VRAM.

In just a few days, CD Projekt Red will share more details on the upcoming new expansion for The Witcher 3, Blood and Wine. Yesterday, however, something new on the expansion managed to surface online, as the Blood and Wine achievements have surfaced online on Steam. The description for some of these includes some light spoilers, so avoid checking them out if you don't want to get any surprise ruined.

The Witcher 3 is now available on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. We will keep you updated on the Blood and Wine expansion as soon as possible, so stay tuned for all the latest news.
