Warhammer: Vermintide 2 just appeared on Steam way ahead of the planned reveal. In fact, according to the video teaser available below, the game was supposed to be unveiled on October 17th.
In the meantime, we can check the first in-game screenshots of this sequel as well as a brief overview and full, albeit temporary, system requirements for the PC version.
The game first released on PC in November 2015, but then also came out on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, so it's safe to assume the same will happen for Vermintide 2. Check out our full review of the first installment to see what we thought of Fatshark's first-person cooperative action game.
Warhammer: End Times Vermintide is a new take on the Left 4 Dead formula. It brings enhanced combat (particularly melee) and some RPG elements, but it loses the PvP aspect and user generated content, both critical to longevity in this genre. Still, if you have a group of friends this game can definitely provide lots of fun.
