RX 5700XT VS RTX 2060 SUPER When Both Are Overclocked

We took AMD's RX 5700XT and the NVIDIA RTX 2060 SUPER and overclocked them both the highest they would go while staying stable. We wanted to see how performance would shake out for those who enjoy overclocking might find for themselves.
