Twitter or X, or whatever it is that you are calling it these days has gone through a lot of changes ever since its acquisition. Verified people lost their blue ticks, everyone else started paying for the blue ticks, and then we kept seeing change after change. Now, the company has announced that it is bringing back headlines for tweets, a feature that a lot of us didn't even know disappeared, but apparently, it did, and that's why you don't see headlines in tweets that contain a URL in them.
Identifying shared URLs on Twitter will once again become a simple process a headlines for tweets are coming back
Elon Musk has announced that with the upcoming update to the UI, Twitter or X will get the headlines back. Honestly, this might look like a very small feature, but I believe it is going to help users avoid unnecessary confusion because, most of the time, users end up missing the URL altogether.

As you can see in the tweet above, the feature is going to return to Twitter soon enough. We are still not sure when this will happen, but considering the speed at which the platform is getting new features or getting rid of the old ones, you can expect the feature to start rolling out soon, and we will keep you posted about what other features are coming.
Honestly, despite what a lot of people thought about how Twitter would die, it is safe to say that the platform is thriving and doing better than ever. Sure, it might have lost some of the shine along with a lot of verified users losing their blue ticks, but for the most part, I cannot think of using any other platform, and even though I'm not active all the time, it's always nice to see all the discourse taking place on the platform.
