Just this week, we got the official confirmation from Samsung that the Galaxy Unpacked 2024 will be held on July 10th in Paris, France. The major reveal at the upcoming event will be the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6. Since the foldable series are the most-hyped products coming this year to the Unpacked, we have seen quite a few specifications being unveiled by various reports. The speculations do not seem to cease or slow down as the latest leak gives away the official cases for Z Flip 6 and Z Fold 6.
Galaxy Z Flip and Z Fold 6 official cases were revealed in the latest leak, giving more on the design for the foldable
In about two weeks, we will see the official rollout of the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Z Fold 6, which will stop the bombardment of reports and rumors regarding the series' design. Up until now, speculations about minor changes have confirmed that no radical changes will be incorporated for the upcoming variants from their predecessors.
Mystery Lupin, a well-known tipster, posted the latest leaked images on the Post Image folder on X (formerly Twitter). The photos show the series in official accessories that will come out with the devices.
In the images, you can see that the Galaxy Z Flip 6 comes with a key ring case in three colors: blue, green, and gray, which would help you get a stronger hold of the device. The company has also added more hues to the flip model's ring lenses and features a more color-coded back. The protruding camera lens has been quite evident, possibly denoting that a new 50MP sensor and a larger cover screen were added to the variant.
Users were hopeful of a built-in slot for the S Pen on the Fold 6, but that is not going to happen as Samsung is going to incorporate the S Pen in the case of Galaxy Z Fold 6. The case for the Fold variant would also support grip, but this time, it will have a clear back case as well, along with a standing case. The Fold model is said to come with a titanium frame, and you can see it has thinner bezels, more defined corners, and a boxier inner screen. The sharp edges remind us of the Galaxy S24 Ultra. We see the triple camera layout on the rear being confirmed in the images of Z Fold 6.
A third new design that includes both the grip and the kickstand can also be seen for the Fold 6, making it a unique case design. Although the cases are expected to be priced at $50 to $80, Samsung usually offers some of the cases free of cost with some pre-orders. Pre-booking of the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 can be done on Samsung.com by paying a $50 upfront reservation fee.
