There is also a wider stabilization angle, which helps in the OIS getting better. The new 5x camera also comes with an AI-powered image signal processor with a 42% faster neural processing unit, and the shutter on the sensor is also faster this time around.
Moving further, the Galaxy S24 series also brings Generative Edit. This is great for people who straighten, resize, as well as paint. The generative AI also offers the ability to fill in the gaps, which is another convenient technology that works really, really well.
The Galaxy S24 Ultra can now capture 24-megapixel pictures using the Expert RAW app. This is done by fusing high-resolution 50-megapixel images with multi-frame 12-megapixel images. The AI Fusion 24-megapixel shots have HDR, and you can export them as both JPG and RAW files. Again, this is not something that is available on other devices, giving Samsung an edge once again.
