This is what the majority of users will be playing games at when running the 4070 SUPER. You can get the graphics card running at up to 3 GHz on the same cooling solution with ease and that can yield extra performance. The 250W power limit also allows for some overclocking room but the card is already hitting its peak potential that you'd hardly have to push it further.
MSI's GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER Gaming X SLIM MLG is a solid and high-end gaming solution that is perfect for 1080p gaming. While AMD has made this space more competitive with its new pricing for the RX 7900 GRE and RX 7800 XT, the RTX 4070 SUPER still holds the edge in all regards, making it a great choice for RTX gamers.
