A new PlayStation 5 Pro mock-up render was shared online, providing a new look at the console's design that was leaked last week.

As reported on X by NIB, the render based on the design leaked by billbil-kun was created by Reddit user Dramatic_Experience 6 and shows a model complete with the disc drive. According to the leaker, it is not yet known if such a model will be released, as the packaging they managed to take a look at only featured the console without a disc drive. Judging from the sketch shared by the leaker, this render feels pretty accurate, although there are surely going to be more differences in the final design with both the render and the base system.

The most important differences the PlayStation 5 Pro will feature over the base model are all under the hood. According to a well-known AMD leaker, the system's performance will be close to the 7700 XT in rasterization and faster in ray tracing. The console will also support the PlayStation Super Spectral Resolution upscaler, which is said will make the console feel 100% faster than the base model.

The PlayStation 5 Pro has yet to be officially revealed, but the announcement should be right around the corner. We will keep you updated on the system as soon as possible, so stay tuned for all the latest news.
