Pixel 8a U.S. Price Leaked, You Won't Have to Pay a Lot of Money, Two Variants Confirmed

In a little over two weeks, the Pixel 8a will make its official debut. So far, we have seen numerous leaks of the device, so it is safe to say that we know almost everything about the upcoming phone. The one thing that had been missing up until today was the price, and now we know how much the phone is going to cost in the U.S.

The Pixel 8a will be available in two variants, and you are not going to spend a lot of money on these phones

Now, the first thing that you need to know is that the Pixel 8a will be the first device from the 'a series' to offer two storage options. Google will offer the device in a 128-gig variant and a 256-gig variant, which is a great thing because, honestly, 128 gigs does not feel like enough in 2024. So, Google will be offering phones with two storage options.

Storage options aside, how much will Google demand for the Pixel 8a? Well, you will be surprised that the phone will not cost as much money as we thought it would in the first place. According to SmartPrix, the phone will run you $499, and if you are looking for a more expensive variant with 256 gigs of storage, you will have to spend $549.

If the pricing is correct, which I am certain is, then the Pixel 8a will easily become one of the best phones you should be getting your hands on. Price aside, there is a lot of greatness that is being offered. Google is bringing AI to its mid-range device thanks to the latest marketing leak we have seen. The phone will also have a Tensor G3 chipset and AI-powered goodness in the cameras. So, if you are looking for something that is really going to deliver the pure Android experience, this will make a great choice.

As far as the release date is concerned, the Pixel 8a is going to go official on May 14th, later this year. Google will also announce Android 15 and possibly give us a proper look at the Pixel 9 devices and much more. So, be sure to stick around as we report further updates.
