Persona 6 may not be too far off from release, as it has already been in development for a considerable amount of time.

Well-known ATLUS/SEGA leaker Midori shared today on X/Twitter the game's placeholder logo, similar to Persona 5's placeholder which hinted at some of the game's themes. Alongside revealing the logo and suggesting the game will have some sort of "Yin and Yang" theme, the leaker also revealed the sixth entry in the series has entered full production before all the recently released entries in the series, such as Persona 3 Reload and Persona 5 Tactica, so it is likely not too far from release, despite not having been officially announced yet.

Persona 6's "opposites" theme isn't exactly surprising, as another leaker talked about the game having a dual sides story earlier this year. One of the characters, however, won't be playable in dungeons. The game is supposedly also employing a semi-open-world formula that should give players more freedom than in previous entries.

The latest entry in the series is the aforementioned Persona 3 Reload, remake of the third entry in the series which introduced many of the features that define the series today. You can learn more about it by checking out Chris' review.

Persona 6 has yet to be officially announced. We will keep you updated on the game as soon as more come in on it, so stay tuned for all the latest news.
