NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 5070 Ti SUPER GPU specifications have also leaked out by Kopite7kimi, which reveal up to 24 GB of memory capacity.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti SUPER To Get 50% Memory Capacity Boost To 24 GB, 8960 Cores & 350W Power

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti SUPER specs come soon after the same source revealed the first info about the RTX 5080 SUPER and RTX 5070 SUPER GPUs. These three variants will feature a big memory capacity boost while also receiving updates to core specifications, along with slightly higher power ratings.

As per the new information, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti SUPER GPU will feature the GB203-350-A1 "Blackwell" GPU core with the same 8960 cores as the RTX 5070 Ti graphics card but higher clocks, and addition of more memory will lead to the power figures hitting 350W which is a 16% increase over the 300W of the Non-SUPEr variant.

The biggest upgrade once again comes in the form of the VRAM upgrade. NVIDIA seems to be out-fitting the GeForce RTX 50 series with more VRAM, which has been the main complaint about the series since its launch. All GPUs besides the RTX 5090 offered similar memory capacities as the last-generation, which was one of the primary reasons for consumer backlash about the series in general.

Now, with 3 GB (24 Gb) modules, the GeForce RTX 50 series will be able to offer much higher capacities. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti SUPER will receive a bump to 24 GB, a 50% increase over the RTX 5070 Ti with 16 GB VRAM. This will be the same amount of VRAM featured on the RTX 5080 SUPER, but here, the clock speeds will remain the same at 28 Gbps, so 896 GB/s bandwidth across a 256-bit wide bus. The RTX 5080 SUPER will benefit from 32 Gbps modules, which will offer 1 TB/s of bandwidth.

So, in a nutshell, the RTX 5070 Ti SUPER offers (vs 5070 Ti):

  • Same Core Count (8960 GB203)
  • 50% More VRAM (24 GB vs 16 GB)
  • Same Memory Bandwidth & Bus (256-bit)
  • Same Memory Speed (28 Gbps)
  • 16% Higher Power (350W vs 300W)

Overall, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti SUPER should be a strong entry in the enthusiast category with lots of VRAM for gamers. The card will make for a superb 4K offering without users being VRAM limited. The extra memory should also be great for AI and content creation workloads. As for pricing, we expect it to remain around the same $749 US as the Non-SUPER variant.
