The Nothing Phone 2a will be launched sometime this month, and so far, we have heard a lot about the upcoming smartphone from Nothing. Today, we have the official renders of the phone, and there is some bad news as well. The one feature that made Nothing phones stand out is that they are not available on this budget alternative, but the company has stuck to its design DNA and is still offering one of the best and most cohesive designs.
The Nothing Phone 2a drops the Glyph Interface lighting system but still keeps the coolest and cleanest design
The Nothing Phone 2a is going to be the first Nothing phone to come with the legendary Glyph Interface lighting, perhaps one of the best features that we have found on the previous Nothing phones. Now, this is not being done because the company does not want its users to have the best features--the focus here is to provide excellent value for money, and based on the latest render that we have our hands-on, the device looks great.
As you can see in the render above, the Nothing Phone 2a is going to come with a redone back panel, and this time, teh company has removed the Glyph Interface lighting system. Despite that, the phone looks really, really clean. The cameras also appear to be protruding from the back of the phone, and the overall look is one of the cleanest I have seen. In many ways, this budget offering has cleaner aesthetics than the original and the Nothing Phone 2.
As far as the rest of the specs are concerned, nothing is officially confirmed about the Nothing Phone 2a, but the company did go into detail about how this phone is going to provide better value for money and specs when compared to the original Nothing Phone. It is obviously not going to be packed with top-tier hardware, but I am really excited to see how it is going to handle itself in the budget segment. Let us know if you would like to see the phone being reviewed in our section.
As far as the official release date is concerned, the Nothing Phone 2a is going to be officially released during the MWC later this month. So, you can expect a ton of more information in the coming days, and as always, you know where to find all the stuff that you need to know about the latest devices.
