Not only is LG’s flagship smartphone loaded with a far more energy efficiency SoC compared to Snapdragon 810, but it appears that future owners of the handset are not going to be bothered by exorbitant component repair and replacement costs when G4 gives up momentarily. While most of you might already be aware of this fact, smartphones belonging to LG always feature a ‘repair and replacement’ attribute. Now, the latest report from My Drivers states that LG happens to be the easiest device to repair, despite the fact that it belongs to the flagship category.
Apart From Screen, G4 And Its Parts Are Very Easy To Repair And Replace
Not long after the South Korean smartphone company’s flagship announced, teardown experts got their hands on a promising device. However, if you’re wondering that it was the proficient team of iFixit, then you are sadly mistaken. The teardown process was carried about by another group of experts, who after separating the rear side of the chassis, revealed that G4 is very easy to repair, and will go easy on the owner’s wallet too.
The source also reveals that assembling the G4 took place in a very sophisticated manner, which is sufficient evidence that the handset is a product to some impressive engineering work. With the lack of cable clutter, coupled with no sticky substance usage or copper shielding, G4 will not be bothering the repair staff when it goes down for repairs. However, while pricing details concerning the screen replacement of G4 have not been revealed, that is the only part that will most likley carry a much higher price tag compared to the remainder of the components.
