Media Markt, also known as Media World in Italy, is the largest retailer of consumer electronics in Europe and the second-largest in the world after Best buy. It has leaked games release dates in the past and now, it might have leaked Red Dead Redemption 2’s, too.

The Polish site of the retailer reported an expected release date for October 3rd, which would make sense since it’s a Tuesday (when most games launch in the United States) as well as being in the Fall, the window that Rockstar Games announced to be targeting for Red Dead Redemption 2. The date was quickly changed to December 31 as you can see here and chalked up to a listing error, but it could be mere damage control after an honest mistake happened. Here’s a screen capture of the October 3rd date.

We don’t know much about the game, other than it will be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One with an exclusive deal struck by Sony to get first access to select content in the game. Of course, it’s a good excuse to rewatch that stunning reveal trailer once more.

Developed by the creators of Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption, Red Dead Redemption 2 is an epic tale of life in America’s unforgiving heartland. The game’s vast and atmospheric world will also provide the foundation for a brand new online multiplayer experience.

Sam Houser, Founder of Rockstar Games, said:
