If you bought a new laptop, you would notice that your touchpad response is slow. Some people prefer this. However, if you wish your touchpad to be extremely sensitive, you can change this in the laptop settings. I will address this issue in this tutorial and show you how to increase touchpad sensitivity on Windows 11 laptops.
Increase Touchpad Sensitivity Windows 11
You can easily increase this sensitivity in the Windows 11 settings app. Just follow the steps below:
Step-1: Click on the Windows icon on the taskbar and select the Settings cog. (You can also open the Settings app using the shortcut keys Win + I)
Step-2: Select the Bluetooth & devices option from the left pane.
Step-3: Scroll down in the right pane and select the Touchpad option.
Step-4: Make sure that the Touchpad toggle switch is On.
Step-5: Increase the Cursor speed under the Gestures & interaction section.
Step-6: Click on the Taps section to expand it.
Step-7: From the Touchpad sensitivity drop-down menu, select Most sensitive.
