Whenever I type, the mouse cursor tends to block my view of the text field and disrupts the flow of writing when I have to move it away. I am sure this has happened to you as well, and luckily, there is a way to fix this issue. This tutorial will show you how to hide your cursor while typing on Windows 11 systems.
Hide Cursor While Typing
Windows 11 and its predecessor, Windows 11, had built-in features that ensured that the cursor disappears while you type while you use applications like Word, Notepad, etc. However, this isn’t the case when using applications like your browser. If the cursor mustn’t disrupt your view while typing, you can tweak the settings a little bit. You can use any of the following methods, depending on what you need.
Step-1: Open the settings app using the shortcut keys Win + I. (You can also open the Settings app using a long way by clicking on the Windows icon on the taskbar and selecting the Settings cog.)
Step-2: Select Bluetooth & devices from the left pane.
Step-3: Scroll down and select Mouse in the right pane.
Step-4: Under Related Settings, select the Additional Mouse settings option.
Step-5: Select the Pointer Options tab.
Step-6: Check the Hide pointer while typing box.
Step-7: Select Apply and then press OK.
