Now, when you do turn off your device and start entering the recovery mode, it might seem scary at first because a lot of information is developed on the screen but if you just follow the guide, you will be all good to go.

Note: If you are running Android 5.0 or later, FRP will be turned on automatically. This means if you do factory reset your device, you will have to  enter your Google credentials again or you will be locked out.

Step 1: Start by turning off your device. In case the touch screen is not working, keep holding the power button until the device turns off.

Step 2: Once the device is fully turned off, press and hold the Power key and Volume down key together. You will see a bunch of new information with a Start written at the top of the screen.

Step 3: You will now be at a new menu where you can navigate using the volume up and down keys. Press the volume down key a number of times until you see Recovery mode at the top right side of the screen. Press the power button and select it.
