Delivery Optimization is a peer-to-peer feature that allows users to download updates from other computers on the same network. You can even use it to upload updates to other systems. Step-1: Click on the Windows icon and then select the Settings app. You can also open the settings app using the shortcut keys Win + I.

Step-2: Now select the Windows Update option from the left pane.

Step-3: Click on Advanced options from the right pane.

Step-4: Under the Additional options section, locate Delivery Optimization and click on it.

Step-5: Turn the toggle switch Off next to Allow downloads from other PCs.
