You don't necessarily have to wait for the Amazon Prime Day as some of the best performing CPUs are already listed with great discounts on Amazon. Amazon Prime Day deals will begin on 8th July but here are five different CPUs belonging to the Zen 5, Zen 4, and Zen 3 series you can buy right now to save some decent cash.

The Ryzen 5 9600X is one of the cheapest desktop Zen 5 CPU you can buy today. The processor offers leading gaming and productivity performance for its price tag and considering you are getting a $114 discount on the processor, there isn't any better day than today to get it deployed in your system. If you need more cores, then the 9700X is also a decent processor that is currently selling with a $70 discount. But if you want the fastest chip available, then the Ryzen 9 9950X is a deal breaker at $434, as the processor comes with an official MSRP of $649.

In case you want something more affordable in the mid-range segment, you can grab the Ryzen 7 7700X from the Zen 4 lineup for just $227. And those who have a budget of even lower than $100, then the Ryzen 5 5500 is perhaps the best possible CPU for the AM4 platform, which is down to just $66.
