Samsung has kept the design of its Galaxy S series consistent with previous launches, instead bringing in subtle improvements over each generation. Next year, the Korean giant could introduce the most drastic external change to the Galaxy S26 family, because we have stumbled upon our first look at all three flagships, in dummy form. While the base model and the ‘Ultra’ variant look near-identical to their immediate predecessors, it is the Galaxy S26 Edge that will likely get the most eyeballs, all thanks to that massive rear rectangle bump.

Samsung is retaining the number of primary cameras on the Galaxy S26 Edge, based on the dummy leaks, but the larger bump could indicate that the company is bringing some sensor upgrades to the table

All three Galaxy S26 dummies are placed next to each other, with the image provided by Sonny Dickson. Unfortunately, there is only this one image, and since it just shows the backside of the three flagships, we have little to comment on the latest leak. As for what we can comment on, the camera arrangement on all three models looks to be the same, but the number of sensors on the Galaxy S26 Ultra could see an increase to five units instead of four on the Galaxy S25 Ultra.

Interestingly enough, the Galaxy S26 Ultra was rumored to feature a rear camera bump like the Galaxy S26 Edge, but nothing in the image suggests that this change will make it to the final product. However, the upcoming sleek flagship looks eerily similar to Apple’s upcoming iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max, and while there are only two circular cutouts, the rear bump indicates that it could be in line for some hefty camera upgrades.

As for the base version, which rumors claim will be called the Galaxy S26 Pro, its design appears to have little change over the Galaxy S25. Samsung has been rumored to make its devices sleeker next year while equipping them with bigger batteries, resulting in increased runtime for users while being much easier to grip. Of course, this is not the only leak that we will witness before 2025 draws to a close, meaning that we will have a better idea of what the Galaxy S26 will look like, so stay tuned for more updates.
