F1 25 PC Specs Revealed – RTX 5080 for Path Tracing at 1080P@60FPS

F1 25

Today, Codemasters and EA Sports have unveiled several details of their upcoming racing game F1 25. The most interesting one for our readers is undoubtedly the detailed list of PC requirements, with recommendations for every target, including Virtual Reality, 8K resolution, or path tracing.

According to the developers, F1 25 will require a GeForce RTX 5080 or AMD RX 7900 XTX graphics card to play at 1080p resolution and 60 frames per second with upscalers (presumably NVIDIA DLSS Super Resolution and AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution, respectively) set to Quality. Weirdly enough, while the 8K spec does recommend using Frame Generation, the path tracing spec does not. Perhaps, with Frame Generation enabled, the recommended spec can actually reach 4K@60 frames per second.
