As Microsoft has explained, "You will need to install the Windows 10 Insider Preview build on a device that has been previously activated with Windows 10 or with a Windows 10 product key."

You can download Windows 10 ISO files for your own device directly from MicrosoftChoose your edition, select your language, and you will be presented with two links: a 32-bit download and another 64-bit file. The files will be available for 24 hours after you request them.

A new Insider Preview is also available for the desktop in the Fast ring. Windows 10 build 14352 brought a number of new features and bug fixes to the operating system, but you will have to wait a couple of weeks before it's rolled out to the Slow ring.
