Crytek Officially Announces DirectX 11 Patch for Crysis 2.
It's Official, Crytek have confirmed that they'll be releasing the DirectX 11 Patch soon. This news comes after long delays of DX11 patch which made many Crysis fans angry, especially the PC fans. Crytek didn't confirm the release date of the patch but they did say that they're working to get the best out of DX11. Here's the official statement from MyCrysis.com:
We would like to announce that there will be a DX11 patch released for Crysis 2. We are working to get the best out of DX11, so we’ll wait to announce the features until a little closer to release.
A few rumors also revealed that the Patch will be released after 3 months. Let's just hope that the game would be playable after the patch is applied as we all know pretty well that an Un-Optimized DX11 game can put a toll on even the fastest PCs of this gen.
