Corsair Launches 16GB DDR3 1600 MHz Memory Kit

Corsair, a well known manufacturer of PC hardware components worldwide has now launched a new memory kit under their DDR3 Vengeance series.

The new rams are basically a 16 GB kit with two 8GB modules running in dual channel with an effective memory clock speed of 1600 MHz (PC3-12800) and timings set at 9-9-9-24 and rated at 1.5V. The rams come with Intel’s Xtreme Memory Profile v1.3 (XMP) that enables these rams to reach those speeds with utter ease.

In terms of anesthetics, the Corsair Vengeance uses the same module heatsink design as the rest of it’s series and will be priced for 135 USD.
