Complete Vivo X100s Series Specifications Reveal What The Upcoming Refresh is Going to Bring

The Vivo X100s series will go official this month, and so far, we have learned some interesting details about these phones. It is not every day we see such refreshes in the market, but it is always better to have something when the company is pretty confident. We are still unsure if these devices will make it to the international market, but based on the specs, I feel that at least one device might be released internationally.

The Vivo X100s looks really good, and I hope it comes to the international market

The Vivo X100s series will comprise three devices: the base variant, the Pro variant, and the Ultra variant. Today, we have complete specs for all three devices thanks to renowned tipster Ishan Agarwal, who shared them on X. You can have a look at the spec sheet below to get a better idea of what Vivo will be bringing to the table:

You can see in the image above that the Vivo X100 series is nothing short of flagship. All three devices are packing flagship chipsets, with the Ultra variant packing the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and the other two variants coming with the newly announced MediaTek Dimensity 9300+. All three phones are going to offer LPDRR5X RAM with UFS 4.0 storage, as well. There will be a 50-megapixel front camera on the Ultra variant, with 32-megapixel units found on the remaining two variants.

Looking at the specs above, it is rather obvious that the one phone that is getting the biggest range of updates is the Vivo X100s Ultra. You are getting a 50-megapixel main camera with a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, as well as a 200-megapixel periscope camera with 3.7x zoom with OIS. I am really interested in seeing how the camera will perform on the Ultra variant. Another interesting thing to see here is that the Ultra variant also comes with an Ultrasonic fingerprint reader instead of the optical one that is found in the remaining two.

Thankfully, if you have been waiting for the phone to come out, you are not going to have to wait too long as the Vivo X100s series will be announced on 13th May, later this month. We will have all the information for you, including whether or not the device is coming to the international market.
