Colorful has announced its GeForce RTX 40 SUPER GPU lineup which features iGame Vulcan, Neptune, Advanced, Ultra & Battle-AX series.
Colorful's New Lineup of RTX 40 Super GPUs Are Equipped With Great Aesthetics & Exceptional Thermal Performance
With the debut of GeForce RTX 40 Super series SKUs by Team Green, every other AIB partner is revealing their models and it looks like Colorful has joined the show. The new variants by Colorful revolve around the Vulcan, Neptune, Advanced, Ultra W, and Battle-Ax series models, with each of them having its distinctive features and aesthetics. The overall lineup by Colorful looks well-planned and targets multiple segments of the market, ranging from liquid-cooling to triple fan bulky designs
iGame Vulcan Series
Starting with Colorful's iGame Vulcan series, it is divided into two different segments, Vulkan and Vulcan W, with the latter one coming with higher frequencies onboard. The Vulkan lineup will reportedly feature Colorful's iGame Smart LCD, which is a detachable magnetic display with a maximum resolution of 800 x 216 pixels along with extensive customization options through the firm's iGame Center application.
Apart from that, the Vulkan series boasts a premium design, with an all-white build along with RGB elements around the GPU shroud to give it a nice aesthetical touch. The lineup does stand out in the white GPU segment when compared to alternatives in the market.
iGame Neptune Series
Moving on to the more interesting lineup, Colorful's iGame Neptune series, which features an all-in-one liquid-cooled design, one of the few ones in the GeForce RTX 40 Super variants, that has been revealed up till now. Colorful plans on launching two SKUs in this series, the GeForce RTX 4080 Super, which will come with a 360mm radiator, and the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super, which will feature a 240mm radiator. The variant comes with a 2-slot design along with "exceptional heat dissipation" to ensure maximum performance with balanced thermals.
In terms of the overall design, the iGame Neptune features yet again an all-white design with RGB lines running across the shroud to showcase its elegance. The onboard lighting is completely customizable as well. Overall, it is a solid release and a great addition to the confined portfolio of all-in-one liquid-cooled GPUs included in NVIDIA's new lineup.
iGame Advanced Series
The RTX 40 Super SKUs under Colorful's iGame Advanced lineup target the broader part of the consumer segment, which is black GPUs. The GPU comes with a sleek black and grey color scheme with a touch of red on the GPU's central fan which the company calls "Gravity Rim". The iGame Advanced SKUs come with a "sturdy backplate" which provides stability to the PCB when mounted, along with giving a feeling of premiumness over the build quality.
To cater to the cooling performance, the iGame Advanced variants feature "Hurricane Scythe Blades", which is a unique fan blade design and a superior one to the firm's previous design in terms of cooling performance and airflow dissipation. As the GPU comes with a triple-fan configuration, expect great thermal performance from it, which will also cater to overclocking as well, since the iGame Advanced series comes with a "One-Key Overclock" capability as well.
iGame Ultra W & Battle-Ax (NB EX) Series
Finally, we have the iGame Ultra W along with the Battle-Ax lineup, aimed at users who demand distinctive aesthetics and performance from their GPUs. The iGame Ultra W is a highly popular lineup amongst consumers and Colorful to leverage it with the GeForce RTX 40 Super series as well. The variant features a "retro pop art" design with a unique "holographic" color scheme running across the GPU shroud, which makes it stand out.
The iGame Ultra W boasts a triple-fan design with a well-equipped heatsink onboard, to ensure maximum cooling performance. This model, in particular, has everything you need, from aesthetics to performance.
Moving on to the Battle-Ax series, they are indeed Colorful's best-looking black GPUs, that come with an "abstract" touch of red on the GPU shroud. They feature more of a "sporty" look, with a triple fan design as well. There isn't much RGB action going around, but the GPUs target a minimalistic look.
Colorful hasn't unveiled details such as pricing for the above-mentioned variants, but expect it to be similar to how the firm's previous variants were priced compared to their MSRPs.
