New Black Ops 3 Beta Information Appears Ahead of Beta Battle

Treyarch Studios has just released some new information regarding the upcoming multiplayer beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3.

Maps, game modes and even character bios are all available to help you be all you can be.

Next week the Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 multiplayer beta is going to begin on the PS4, and if you were lucky enough to sign-up and get summarily chosen, then the information below might be something to help you prepare to get into your CoD state of mind (that's a thing, right?).

Below are all the details from Treyarch's post, minus the character profiles. One of them is Prophet, though not the same nano-suit wearing superhuman we know from another unrelated franchise.

Game Modes

• Team Deathmatch
• Domination
• Demolition
• Kill Confirmed
• Hardpoint
• Capture the Flag
• Search & Destroy

Multiplayer Maps

• Hunted: This big game hunting lodge is situated beneath a waterfall in the lush mountains of Ethiopia, where rugged terrain opens up to long sightlines and a stealthy underwater pathway.
• Combine: Set in the remote Egyptian Sahara, this vertical farming and sustainability research facility plays fast and frenetic with tight interiors, an open middle and a dangerous flank path.
• Evac: An abandoned emergency evacuation zone atop an overgrown rooftop in the middle of Singapore’s flooded quarantine zone.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3's beta starts on the 16th August for the PS4 and on August 26th for the Xbox One and the PC. If you haven't, it's of course available for pre-order right here.
