Arctic's Senza Is A Fully Passive-Cooled Desktop PC With AMD's Ryzen 65W CPUs
Arctic, the leading cooling equipment manufacturer, is introducing its brand new "Senza" Desktop PC which adopts a fully passive-cooled design. The PC is designed to accommodate a full array of hardware components within a large chassis that acts as the main heatsink.
Starting with the details, the Arctic Senza Desktop PC comes in a slim form factor which measures 536 x 180 x 50mm. The outside is very premium and so are the insides, featuring large aluminum fin blades that feature four massive heat pipes underneath them. The main chassis is attached to an IO box which offers various functionalities such as USB, power, etc.
In terms of specifications, the Arctic Senza PC comes in a total of three configurations, all of which are powered by AMD's 65W Ryzen CPUs within the AM4 lineup. These options include the Ryzen 5 5500 GT, Ryzen 7 5700G, and Ryzen 7 5700G PRO. No discrete graphics card is included, so you'll have to work with the onboard Vega iGPU for graphical tasks, while the memory options include 16-32 GB of DDR4-3200 memory and 1 TB of NVMe M.2 SSD.
The motherboard seems to be a slim-ITX design designed by Arctic, as evident by the product ID and branding on one of the heatsinks. There are now PCIe slots and the M.2 SSD is mounted under a dedicated heatsink. There are a variety of IO options, such as LAN, a couple of USB ports, and two display outputs (HDMI + DP). The motherboard is labeled as "EMPCB00202A" which doesn't house a PCIe slot so once again, the lack of discrete graphics support needs to be highlighted.
According to FanlessTech, the Arctic Sneza Desktop PC is launching at a base price of 599.99 Euros and should hit retail in the coming weeks.
