On the performance front, iPads have always been great and this particular one ships with the powerful A13 Bionic chip. We will not go into the nitty gritty details of the chip, but if you're planning to use this iPad for playing games, watching movies and stuff like that then you will have no problem whatsoever when it comes to performance.

When it comes to the display, Apple ships the iPad 9 with a 10.2-inch Retina display with support for the first-generation Apple Pencil. It's sharp and is absolutely wonderful to look at if you're getting this iPad for reading only.

Apple promises 10-hours of battery life on the iPad 9 and you can charge it to 100% by using the USB-C to Lightning cable that is included in the retail box. It even ships with a USB-C charger - a rarity in phones these days.
