Heh,they even suck more,they got nothing to say except make you clear your cache and temp files.I thought the time will come when the connection will start working smoothly but man they aren't doing anything except coming up with lame reasons,I will do one thing,I'll burn their CPE in front of them in their office.

To me first impression is the last and Wateen has miserably failed to live up to this expectation. They went for quantity and cheap resources and compromised on quality.Who care sort of attitude I av been experiencing from the lower tier of Wateen’s staff is because their is no check on them from the top brass.They think we are gogos , we don't know anything....I told them hundred of times that SIR JI i am not getting full bandwidth from your side,the always says no sir first clear your freaking PC cache .. lol ..disgusting ,the one who support wateen are clear cut their supporters,I think they are paid by them.My call charges are more than the monthly subscription charges because I always call them on regular basis.LOL

Sure, LDN may have some cons. BUT, it's better than any other broadband service providers.
LDN has decent customer support, not great, just fine. But hey, it's better than PTCL and Wateen, anyway. LDN offers uncapped connections (of course their's a fair-use policy). The download speeds are stable. The service is terrific. The connections is always online. |
