for that kind of stuff you'll first need to jailbreak the phone
then go to cydia, install the updates etc..
then click on search, and type
hackers
you'll get a package sayings hackers.nl
install that, once thats installed, search for patch mobileinstallation 2.x.x corresponding to your phones firmware
then u can install ipa's through itunes

if you dont have an itunes app store account
open itunes, go to app store, from the bottom change country to united states, then search for any free app such as facebook, click on get app, it will ask u for your login information, click on register/new user/make account, put in the information for a us residence and for payment method select none

the us app store is the only one i've found which allows you to have no payment method.

once this is done, sync the iphone with itunes, if u have wifi on ur iphone u can open app store from the iphone and download free apps from there

Yes, whatever Iceman said.

Plus you can fully customize iPhone, with 3rd party Winter Board themes. It's easy, once you get a hang of it.

I own an iPhone too, and I've customized it to my liking, have a look:

How is it troubling you?

Yes, there's an alternative, try Media Monkey:
