Is the following a good opportunity? I can purchase one plot, but are there any chances of fraud?

Any input will be great.

no society within 8/10 km of thokar selling plots this cheap .... so do the math this society is quite far from thokar.

lake city is 13/14 km away from thokar and they selling 10 marlas for 2.5-2.8 million

If this is for investment with horizon of 20 years+ then yes other wise no for all other purposes

bahria Town dont shoot up so easily......Secondly the price does not include development charges....My uncle bought a plot in Bahira Islamabad and at the end of the Installemnt plan he had to nearly pay double the amount he was initially told..
