Guys my friend is going to singapore and malaysia for a short tour please suggest me if any thing i should buy from there which is cheap ......as compare to Hafeez center (DAKOOS) .............!

What are you looking to buy exactly?

If a smartphone, then treat yourself with an HTC HD2!

For a GPU, try to get your hands on a Radeon 5870 GPU...

Really... there could be number of things you can get from there... it depends on your need, interest and budget!

^^I am not sure but my sister used to live in Singapore, she moved to Australia last year. I found out the prices from Singapore for various phones and home theatre systems, prices were high there as compared to Pakistan.

Yes, Conversion rate, and value of their own currency is high for singapore itself.. Maybe Bot can shed some LED on this..
