aoa pplz....catalyst 5.2's r out 2day.....
but i think therez not much performance improvement in these drivers xcept the X800 n X850s etc....yaani ham jaisay ghareeboon k liyay kuch khaas mazay daar drivers nahin hain yeh

and back to topic....do 5.2 effect tiny bit performance of 9800pro?

hmmm..i didnt notice any pefromance gain with my x800xt using the latest catalysts..though i did get around 40 more marks in 3dmark05. Guess i'll just have to wait for OMEGA..OMEGA is the l337.. the original ATI catalysts suck when compared to it :/ long live 6xT3 - TAA !!!

yes the omegas on 5.1s came out right when official 5.2s were to be released...he seems to have realized his pc is good enough for gaming and not just testing drivers.

haan dude they really boost up the performanc....doeznt matter which card u have...moreover they also provide u more featurez than official ATIz....
actually they r tweaked catalysts...thtz y

yar i tried the latest OMEGA release driver ..

it lowred my aquamark mark score by almost 1k points yaar!!

also lost a couple of 3dmark 2k3 !!

going back the beta 8.07 ( best drivers so far)
