Yes i do agree with you... but then again one should ask Navy spokeperson that parliament of Pakistan is divided into 2 groups atm...one who oppose the bill and 2nd who are thinking that getting $1.5 billion is a huge achivement MC.... :@
IMO its a political statement from Salman Bashir... and not from Navy chief himeslf....
