The Xiaomi 14 series is one of the most promising when you are looking at the smartphones available in the market. The phones are currently limited to China, but now, the company's founder and CEO, Lei Jun, has announced the global release date for these phones. And if our speculation is correct, then the phones are going to launch alongside the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, which has not made its debut in any market at the moment.

The Xiaomi 14 series will give a much-needed push to the international smartphone market

So, when is the Xiaomi 14 series going to come out? Well, the phones are going to be announced on 25 February 2024. However, what I am more excited about is that within the promotional poster shared by the CEO, you can clearly see the housing of a circular camera island. Now, both the base and Pro variants do not have circular camera housing, but the Ultra variant most definitely does. You can have a look at the promotional render below.

It is worth noting that the Xiaomi 14 series is already available in the Chinese market and has managed to make strides. The more interesting part here is that I am looking forward to the Xiaomi 14 Ultra because that is the phone that can easily take smartphone photography to a newer level, and once it is released, we are going to get something that is truly revolutionizing, and we are not going to run into any problems with how it actually performs.

Of course, it is too early to say much about the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, but at least we have a launch date at hand, and pretty soon, we will get more information about the upcoming flagship. There is just one concern that I have, and it is regarding the company limiting its release to the Chinese market and sending the other two variants to the international markets. This will not be the end of the world, but it is still something that we need to look into.

Honestly, I am really excited about the Xiaomi 14 series coming to the international markets. I believe it certainly is something that the market needs as there has to be more and more competition so other smartphone makers do not become lazy and stop working on releasing new phones with innovation of any sort. February 25th is not that far, so you can expect a lot more information coming forward, and we will be sure to let you know everything about the new phones.
