Xbox Opens ‘Stream Your Own Game’ Feature on PC App

Microsoft has announced that the Xbox PC app has been updated to support the 'Stream Your Own Game' feature that was released for Xbox consoles in November 2024. This still happens through Xbox Cloud Gaming, which is currently gated through the Game Pass Ultimate subscription. It also means that the feature is only available in the 28 countries where Xbox Cloud Gaming is supported.

There are currently over 250 games that can be streamed through this feature, including:

The Xbox PC app was also updated for Insiders to show their play history across devices, including on console and the Xbox PC app. Lastly, the app also includes a new feature that tracks your progress toward earning rewards while you play.
