WhatsApp is undoubtedly among the most popular instant messaging apps, to the point that a lot of people prefer using it over other means of communication. Over time, it has replaced several other services for us, and for good reasons. It is slowly becoming a one-stop solution for all things communication.

WhatsApp users are soon going to be able to verify their accounts using their emails

Now, the latest tip that we have suggests that WhatsApp beta users are now getting access to email verification. This will allow users to verify their accounts using their email address. This is another way of adding an additional security layer, and it certainly is going to make the app more seamless without too many complications.

For those wondering, the feature is rolling out to select beta users who are running WhatsApp Beta for Andriod. The version is 2.23.24.10. As mentioned before, email verification is rolling out only to select beta users, so it is safe to say that not everyone is going to have access to the feature.

Considering how WhatsApp is always looking to make it easier for users to verify their accounts, I am glad that email verification has become a new feature that is rolling out. I just hope that we keep getting more and more features that will make the app a lot more secure and convenient for everyone. After all, the app has definitely become the go-to for a lot of people, and in terms of the user experience, it is only going upwards.
