The announcement of the VIVE Cosmos was the highlight of HTC VIVE's conference at CES 2019. The goal is to redefine ease of access, comfort and portability with the VIVE Cosmos; the first development kits will be available in 'early 2019', and further details on pricing and release date are coming at a later moment.

HTC also announced that the VIVE Pro is getting an updated hardware revision with eye tracking. The VIVE Pro Eye, due in Q2 2019, is mostly targeted at the enterprise market, where eye tracking provides multiple benefits when coupled with a VR device.

Last but not least, the Viveport subscription service will evolve into Viveport Infinity. Starting on this year's VIVE Day (April 5th), subscribers will have the chance to download and play any of the titles in the Viveport Infinity library without any restrictions.
