Valkyria Chronicles Remastered, the new version of the excellent game developed by SEGA, is going to feature several enhancements that will make the game look and feel much better than the original PlayStation 3 release. With the game getting closer to its Japanese release date, the publisher has shared a new short trailer showcasing the new version's enhanced graphics and more.

The new Valkyria Chronicles Remastered short trailer also features some short gameplay sequences which will definitely be appreciated by those who have never seen the game in action before and want to learn more about it before the Western release. You can check it out right below.

Earlier this week, it's been confirmed that Valkyria Chronicles Remastered will be released in North America and Europe sometime this Spring. North American and European players will be able to purchase the game digitally or at retail, with North American players also having the chance to obtain a collectible Squad 7 Armored Case by purchasing a launch copy.

Valkyria Chronicles Remastered will come, as mentioned above, with enhanced graphics, improved resolution, 60 frames per second frame rate and the ability to choose between Japanese and English voice acting. This new version of the game will also come with Trophy support, which was lacking in the original PlayStation 3 release, and all the DLC packs released in the past. The playable demo for the next entry of the series, Valkyria: Azure Revolution, is apparently not getting included in the Western release.

Valkyria Chronicles Remastered will launch on February 10th on PlayStation 4 in Japan. The North American and European releases will come sometime this Spring. A precise release date has yet to be confirmed but we will let you know more about it as soon as possible.
