Big UK retailer says it has got 1000+ units of each model of the Radeon RX 9070 XT GPU and most of them will sell at MSRP.

The Radeon RX 9070 XT from AMD and its board partners are about to start shipping tomorrow, and we have already reported recently that, unlike the RTX 50 series, AMD has shipped a good amount of stock to the distributors and AIBs. One of the early proofs of this is Overclockers UK's confirmation, which is one of the biggest UK retailers.

In their forums, the retailer posted several pics showing off a huge cube made up of a particular Sapphire model of Radeon RX 9070 XT. It's the Pulse model and, as per the retailer, there are over 1000 units of this particular model. Moreover, every model is available in over 1000 units from this single retailer alone.

This includes models from vendors like Sapphire, PowerColor, and ASRock. ASUS and Gigabyte GPUs are also available in hundreds and, thankfully, the retailer has confirmed that these GPUs will be available at MSRP. One thing to notice here is that while the staff reported that the Pulse RX 9070 XT cards will sell at £569, including VAT, which comes out to be the $600 MSRP in the US, some editions are apparently going on sale starting at £524.99.

As Sapphire jumped the gun with our content (TUT TUT), I might as well share with you guys the Borg Cube Overclockers UK marketing department spent hours building out of Sapphire 9070 XT Pulse Cards and yes the cube is solid, the centre is even more 9070 XT Pulse cards and we have over 1000 in stock just of this model, even better OcUK will hit £569 Inc. VAT on this incredible beast of a card with hundreds to go round at MSRP.

In fact we have so much stock we could build an armada of Borg Cubes pretty much out of every model we have and from all brands, we have several thousand cards in stock spanning across Sapphire, PowerColor and Asrock all of which have 1000+ in stock of each brand.

We then also have several hundred cards from Gigabyte and ASUS as well, this launch will be impossible to resist as such is the reason we built Borg Cubes, because AMD will assimilate you, resistance is futile, BUY Tomorrow from OcUK at 2pm with prices starting from £524.99 Inc VAT.  - Overclockers UK

This is surprising as this translates to US$564 without VAT. If that's how the launch is happening, then it is surely going to sell out quickly, considering the RTX 5070 Ti is non-existent and the same goes for the recently launched RTX 5070. Keep in mind that we have been hearing about the good availability of the RX 9070 XT and RX 9070 from various parts of the world, which is a good start.

The Radeon RX 9070 XT is already way ahead of the RTX 5070 in performance while costing just $50 more. The GPU is also on par with the RTX 5070 Ti and costs $150 lower if we compare the MSRPs. The latter is, unfortunately, hardly available at MSRP and you will mostly find the card at around $900.

AMD RX 9070 XT is currently the fastest RDNA 4 GPU, utilizing the NAVI 48 GPU, and features 4096 Stream Processors. It boasts 16 GB of GDDR6 memory and can feature up to 3.1 GHz of boost clock on the AIB editions. While the reference and base models will list for $599, premium OC editions will launch for somewhat higher prices.
