Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 makes an appearance: Identical to Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360 in looks but powered by Intel Core Ultra 200V "Lunar Lake" CPUs

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 was seen a few months back at SiSoftware Sandra benchmark database. This time we have multiple images of the laptop leaked by WindowsReport, which has also listed all the specifications and changes that this new-gen laptop will have over its predecessor.

The Samsung Galaxy 5 Pro 360 looks almost identical to the Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360 & will have the same dimensions of 13.99 x 9.93 x 0.5 inches. Except for the processor, there aren't any significant changes in the hardware configuration. The RAM size and storage capacity are retained with the capacities of 16GB and 512GB respectively. However, the RAM is going to be 'LPDDR5X' not LPDDR5 as per the already available information about Intel's Core Ultra 200V "Lunar Lake" CPUs.

Other dissimilarities include the wireless connectivity upgrade. The Samsung Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 laptop will bring a WiFi 7 adapter and Bluetooth 5.4 upgraded from WiFi 6E and BT 5.3 from its predecessor. One more noticeable difference is the availability of the 'Copilot' key beside the Alt key on the keyboard. The rest of the keyboard layout remains the same but the Copilot key denotes it's certified AI PC.

The processor used will be the Intel Core Ultra 5 226V which is one of the many Core Ultra 200V "Lunar Lake" CPUs in the upcoming lineup, and features an 8-core/8-thread design. It brings Intel Xe2-based Arc 130V graphics and an NPU (Neural Processing Unit) for AI workloads. As for the screen, it retains the same 16-inch 3K (2880x1800p) AMOLED display with touchscreen enabled and an S-pen included.

Connectivity is also the same along with their locations as seen on the Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360. On the left, users will find an HDMI port and 2x Thunderbolt ports. While on the right, there is a microSD card slot, 1x USB 3.2 port, and 1x 3.5mm audio jack. The battery life is 76Wh as seen on the predecessor, which will keep it running for quite longer than regular laptops.

The Samsung Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 is a 2-in-1 convertible PC, which will be highly portable due to its thin and lightweight design, and weighs just 1.69kg. It will go against the latest MacBook Air and will boast Windows 11 operating system. As a lot of PC hardware makers are launching their Lunar Lake-based PCs, laptops, and handhelds this month, we can expect the Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 to make an official launch pretty soon as well.
